His 1,093 US Patents are a reminder of not only being able to effectively codify creative thinking into systematic forms but also being able to turn many of those designs into successful commercial products and services.
Ten93 was set up by Anil Vaidya with support from a global group of entrepreneurs, innovators, healthcare thinkers and futurists committed to helping bring transformative care and technologies to the market.
Anil has over 25 years of experience working at the interface of business, life science and engineering supporting the creation and commercialisation of innovative products and services either through corporate development or his own start-ups.
An entrepreneur at heart, Anil has experience starting up companies in wound care management, tele-radiology and consumer digital health.
In addition Anil brings a global perspective and deep expertise in business planning, technical and commercial due diligence, trade and market entry strategies and foreign direct investment (FDI) especially into Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and India.
Anil has spoken as a subject matter expert at international conferences and media outlets on healthcare innovations and international trade issues.
Anil's interest is in advocating people take control over their own health, which saw him found the Scanurse team, which became a top 8 finalist in the Qualcomm Tricorder X Prize competition.
In his spare time, Anil is currently working on an insuretech approach for health.
